EP 49: How to become creatively fearless with spiritual provocateur Ayesha Ophelia
If you’re looking to expand and transform your relationship to self expression and creativity, this episode is for you. Ayesha Ophelia is a self proclaimed spiritual provocateur who is passionate about women, plants and human potential.
Ayesha’s offerings include The Girlfriend Manifesto where she shares a daily dose of inspiration, spirituality, adventure, self-love and sisterhood. She also offers private support, group experiences and a membership community called the Society of Wild Hearts.
Ayesha is a prolific creator (just check out her Instagram to see what I mean) and this discussion lit me up in so many ways. In this conversation, we discuss: Ayesha’s relationship to nature as a child, why she calls herself a “spiritual provocateur” and what that looks like in practice, the intricate relationship between nature and creativity, what working with plant medicine has revealed to her, what we need to believe in order to tap into our own creativity, what elements fuel creativity and what elements stifle it, the power of sharing your first draft, and why it’s so important to honor the ancient wisdom of our ancestors.
This conversation was truly one of my absolute favorites of all time. It is incredibly inspiring to hear from someone who is so completely connected to their creative voice and self-expression, especially because I feel like I have so much more to uncover when it comes to my own. I hope this episode gives you permission to tap into your creativity in whatever way and however it feels authentic to you.
Just a heads up that this will be my second to last episode of season 3 before I take a short break to recalibrate for season 4! So, let’s get right into it. Welcome to my conversation with the one, the only, the magical and wise Ayesha Ophelia.

“Creativity has many phases and some of them are designed to be uncomfortable because they stretch us. But in the end, we have more space, more truth, more love, more of something we want in the world.” - Ayesha Ophelia x Our Nature
